CFL history finally has been made

When I wrote my first blog back on Victoria Day 2011, I had mentioned that CFL history was in the making as Anthony Calvillo was closing in on three records that were held by Damon Allen. They were the most touchdown passes, most completions and the record for most passing yards.
He accomplished the first task in week 3 vs the Toronto Argonauts when he threw his 395th td pass to Eric Deslauriers. Then in week 6 vs the same Argos, he completed his 5159th pass to Brandon London and finally today he passed Allen to become the CFL's and Professional football's all time leading passer again vs the Argos.
While it was unique that he did it vs the same team in three different games, he simply deserves them due to all the adversity that he faced in his career from his days with the Tiger-Cats when he struggled mightly before becoming Tracy Ham's backup in 1998 with the Als, his wife having cancer, and of course his own cancer scare. Anthony Calvillo congratulations on accomplishing theses tasks and truly you are simply the best.
